How It Works

If we have never met, sign up for the first time consultation so we can chat. This is crucial for me to figure out your past, present, and future needs and goals, and of course for you to get to know me. If we've trained together before (in person) click the option "book now" underneath "1-1". 

Once you have met with me for a first time consultation, choose "book now" under 1-1. You will see there is only one plan offered as I offer the same thing to everyone. Once you make your first payment, there will not be another drawn from your account untill a month later. You also now have the option to schedule our first official video meeting.

The moment the transaction is made I get right to work on a program designed specifically for you, pulled from information from the first time consultation or previous training records. From that point forward you are my #1 priority and I promise to do anything and everything in my power to see you reach your goals. Meetings, text updates, phone calls are there for your own good but not mandatory. 

And last consistency.  My training programs have a 3- month commitment not for me, but to hold you accountable for your goals. Before you sign up for either of my programs I ask you to choose 1-3 things that best describe you "need to lose weight, need to gain weight etc" none of those options take less than 3 months to fullfill. We have to have patience and be consistent, and I promise you will see the results you've been waiting for
